You don't have to have worked as a barista for a year to know that brewing this coffee helps you live the hi life. I'm a fan of light-to-medium roasts that I can drink black, usually Lavazza, and this roast hits every description printed on the side of the bag!
I appreciate that you get a whole pound of ground instead of the 12oz that we're getting shorthanded with at the store.
I like the medium -fine grind of this coffee for my drip coffee machine but I would suggest getting whole beans and doing your own coarse grind if you're going for cold brew. I cold brewed 24 hours in the refrigerator before extracting the grinds and I got some very nice flavors out of this medium roast.
This coffee was smooth, rich, and delicious to the last drop. Far beyond what we expected but so pleased to have picked it up. We are looking forward to grabbing another bag!
I like to think of myself as a coffee snob. I've been drinking coffee since I was 6, part of my culture. I like to gring my own beans and make my coffee right after to ensure it's freshness. I came across this brand and wanted to give it a try and let me just say I am NOT DISAPPOINTED I did. This has to be the perfect roast and taste of coffee I've had thus far. I'll be trying they're dark roast next to compare to my other dark roast favorites. I would recommend this coffee to anyone that know coffee should be drank black.
